Jeremy Cross organized Cross Law Firm in 2011. He grew up in Moville, Iowa. He graduated valedictorian of his class at Woodbury Central High School. He attended undergraduate studies at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. He graduated summa cum laude from Buena Vista in just three years. He majored in Psychology, minored in Spanish and played college basketball while at Buena Vista.
After Buena Vista, Jeremy attended law school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Creighton towards the top of his class with high distinction. Upon graduation, Jeremy began working immediately as a litigating attorney in Sioux City, Iowa. He has remained in Sioux City since that time.
Jeremy is a trial attorney and civil litigator representing individuals and corporations in jury and nonjury trials in state and federal courts. His general practice includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, products liability, litigation, trial law, insurance law, real estate, business and commercial law, collections, debtor and creditor, and contracts. He represents clients in matters pertaining to catastrophic property damage, torts, personal injury, auto accidents, semi accidents, truck accidents, bike accidents, ATV accidents, premise liability, slip and falls, trip and falls, construction accidents, work accidents, dog bites, property disputes, commercial disputes, real estate disputes, collections, wrongful death, brain and spinal cord injuries, and farm accidents.
He is admitted to practice law in both federal and state courts of Iowa and Nebraska. He is a member of Iowa State Bar Association and Nebraska State Bar Association. He is currently the President of the Woodbury County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Iowa Association of Justice.
Jeremy is involved in free masonry and the Abu Bekr Shrine. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters. For recreation, he plays golf, basketball and other outdoor activities with his family and friends.
